As with her Sunwood associates, Erendira Cervantes has spent most of her career in the real estate profession. In addition to her duties as the company's Chief Financial Officer, she assumes wide-ranging responsibilities that include business development, market analysis and appraisal review, due diligence, business plan feasibility analysis, and project management. Before joining Sunwood & Associates, Ms. Cervantes also had experience with corporate budgeting and strategy, as well as a background in technology. Ms. Cervantes holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in finance, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
